Refund and Returns Policy
Our returns policy is simple and the “no quibbles” guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, or defective or you’ve had a change of heart, you can return it direct to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
